Sam Keen – Learning To Fly (1999 Interview)

Sam Keen is a graduate of Harvard Divinity School, former consulting editor of Psychology Today and author of 12 books, including Learning to Fly: Trapeze – Reflections on Fear, Trust and the Joy of Letting Go. He spent over 5 years learning the flying trapeze, and he related that the lessons he learned show how trapeze can be a metaphor for life and how people can transcend lifelong barriers through this art.
