Paul co-founded the NW SPokenword LAB in 1997 with Danika Dinsmore in Auburn, WA (formerly known as Slaughter). In 2009, the project was re-launched in Columbia City as SPokenword LAB (SPLAB) and now exists in the former Columbia School at 3651 S. Edmunds.
